Volunteer

If you wish to volunteer at Evergreen, such as assisting with an event or potentially being a field trip chaperone, you must have a volunteer clearance on file. Each person interested must apply individually and every new school year. To initiate the process through SMCPS for becoming an approved volunteer, click here!

Join

After registering to volunteer, you are welcome to also join the PTO! Once you join, you will receive electronic newsletters, flyers, and opportunities to help with events and projects. You will also have access to the Facebook page that contains our most up to date details for events and school information. Feel free to share this flyer with anyone in the EES family!


This year, we are asking for $5 per person to go towards membership dues. Membership dues are a primary source of funds for the PTO and the school relies on the PTO for financial support for things like teacher/classroom materials, support for clubs, technology, student engagement, staff appreciation, monthly student/community building events, end of year festivities, and so much more. If you have questions or concerns with the $5 membership fee, or it is not feasible for your family, please reach out to EES PTO President, Kassie Sly.

Step 1 

Fill out this brief electronic form by either clicking the Join PTO Here button or scanning the QR Code. You will have an opportunity to select what your interests are and the best way for the PTO to contact you.

Step 2

Send $5 per person joining the PTO via PayPal by clicking the Pay Membership Dues button or by scanning the QR code. Be sure to include your child(ren)'s name and grade with your payment.
